Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure a tracked and secure delivery.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn sneakers back in their original GREATS box and secure them inside a shipping mailer with the return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your refund or shipped your exchange.
